Water treatment is technical work.

But at Peak Water Technologies, it's also deeply human. We're a small, experienced team that takes real pride in what we do and the buildings we look after. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.

❋ You'll know your clients, not just your route.

We build long-term relationships with the buildings we serve. Our team members aren't interchangeable. They're known, trusted, and valued by the clients they look after.

❋ The work is meaningful.

Clean, safe water isn't a nice-to-have. It protects people. Every visit you make keeps a building compliant, a system running, and a property manager sleeping better at night.

❋ You'll grow with us

Peak is a business with big ambitions and a team that's just getting started. There's room here for people who want to build something, not just fill a role.

❋ You'll be part of a real team

We've worked together for a long time. We know each other, we back each other, and we genuinely enjoy the work. That's not something you find everywhere.

Knowledge. Commitment. Integrity.

The work we do.

Our team works in the field across Alberta, servicing water treatment systems in commercial and multi-family residential buildings. That means cooling towers, boilers, hot water systems, closed loops, decorative water features, and more.

It's technical, hands-on work that requires both chemistry knowledge and people skills. You'll be reading systems, running tests, making recommendations, and building relationships with the building managers and operators you work alongside every day.

Our Kind of People.

You don't have to have water treatment experience to be the right fit, though it helps. What matters more is that you're curious, reliable, and the kind of person who takes ownership of their work without being asked.
We typically look for people interested in roles like field service technicians, water treatment specialists, and service coordinators. If you're technically minded, relationship-driven, and want to work somewhere your contribution actually gets noticed, we should talk.
